We are looking for you as part of the Demenzsensibles Hospital project in full time or part-time for our Somatic Stations. In addition to one or more diseases, more and more patients are also affected by a dementia disease. In order to provide patients better, we have established complementary offers at the Klinikum Bremen-Nord. Your tasks:
