As an actuary:in Finance & Reserving P&C, you are responsible for the determination and analysis of the technical positions of the balance sheet and GuV according to HGB, IFRS 17 and Solvency II. You are an advocate for internal and external stakeholders in all important accounting and financial management topics and work together cross-functionally and internationally with colleagues from different areas within the framework of projects and final processes. Here you can use actuaryal reservation and projection tools and ensure the methodological and technical development. You take responsibility and make a decision and secure communication towards top management, auditors and AXA groups in Paris. You develop data links, methods and solutions to make our processes faster, better and more robust.

Education: You have a degree in mathematics, economic mathematics, statistics, data science or insurance. Ideally with actuary orientation or started or completed DAV qualification. Professional Experience: You have experience as an actuary (m/w/d), financial actuary or in the academic environment of property insurance and know accounting standards (IFRS17, Sovency II, HGB) as well as tools (such as ResQ and Anaplan) and programming languages (such as VBA and Python) from practice Communication competence: You can communicate complex technical issues in a comprehensible manner in German and English and communicate with different stakeholders in an address-oriented manner Analytical & Strategic Thinking: You bring the ability to analyze new damage information in a structured manner and to derive sound conclusions on reserve and financial issues Collaboration competence: You like to work across areas, get yourself involved as a Sparring partner and are a real team player who likes to take responsibility Quality awareness: You have a high quality awareness and work reliably and structured in time-critical final and planning processes Stakeholder management: You are confident about internal and external contacts and can bring together different interests professionally
