Emergency paramedic as team leader rescue service (m/f/d)

Provide emergency cases: First medical care in the rescue service and in emergency ambulance coordinate and initiate the team in critical situations. Exercise examinations: professional implementation and coordination of medical tests such as ECG, visual and hearing tests or blood withdrawals. Doctors support: coordinate cooperation between team and doctors and actively contribute specialist knowledge to patient care. Organize processes: coordinate workflows and task distribution in the team and ensure material procurement, vehicle maintenance and deployment preparation. Promote health: coordinate team in training, promotions and on-site investigations and strengthen health prevention with customers.

Complete training as an emergency medical technician or emergency medical technician, ideally with several years of professional experience in the rescue service and first experience in the professional management of a team. A qualification as a practical guide is desirable, but no requirement. Experience in emergency care and safety in dealing with medical diagnostics and willingness to further develop in the field of occupational medical examinations. Routinized handling of medical equipment and driving licence for use vehicles. A structured way of working, empathy in dealing with people, communication strength and organisational and leadership skills. Flexibility for occasional services outside the regular day-to-day operation as well as separate operations at external locations.
