Your everyday work includes:

You are a nurse and want to pass on your knowledge?

In the DiaLOG project, you support people with migration or refugee background when entering the care and accompany them in practice in nursing facilities in Lübeck, Ostholstein and in the Duchy of Lauenburg.

• Care: You design and conduct a care base course for the participants.
• learn to accompany: You accompany the learning processes of the participants and support them in their personal development.
• Strengthening practice: You enter the participants individually in their professional practice assignments.
• Promote reflection: You conduct regular reflection talks with participants and our cooperation partners in practice.
• Challenges: You support technical and cultural issues and stand as a reliable contact person.
• Teamwork: You work closely with social pedagogues in the project team.

The project dialogue is first terminated until 29.02.2028 - but also after that you are permanently employed with us as a care professional.
