Collection, management and maintenance of rental and purchase contract data in our ERP system Processing of requests for contractual contents in direct customer contact Scheduled creation of the contractual invoices: invoices, credits and special agreements Invoicing across departments

A successfully completed commercial training, e.g. Kaufmann/frau für Büromanagement (m/w/d) or comparable training First professional experience, ideally in the contract department Safe handling of operating ERP systems as well as very good MS Office skills Reliable, committed and careful operation with a pronounced customer and service orientation
