Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung. You are responsible for the efficient management of the billing inputs and payment outputs of our MLP companies and thereby guarantee the highest quality standards in all accounting processes – from document collection to the timely creation of individual accounts. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth cooperation with other specialist departments and develop continuously optimized work processes. In doing so, you are crucial in the digital transformation and use future-oriented technologies such as AI to automate workflows, minimize sources of errors and increase efficiency sustainably. You have a good understanding of numbers, work very carefully and take responsibility with high self-motivation and reliability? Monthly, quarterly and annual accounts: You are responsible for the timely and proper implementation of all creditor processes within the framework of the MLP SE financial statements and other subsidiaries, taking into account the German trade regulations Implementation of group-wide targets: You consistently implement corporate accounting policies and ensure uniform and correct accounting throughout the Group Process optimization & digitization: You are analysing and improving cross-sectoral and cross-group workflows sustainably and actively promotes projects – e.g. the integration of new companies into SAP FI or the implementation of legal innovations Data Management & Reporting: You provide precise and meaningful data as well as reports for authorities, corporate accounting and internal departments as well as management to support sound decisions Competent respondent: You are a trusted interface for tax advisors, auditors and internal and external stakeholders in issues of accounting and accounting Leadership and development: You guide your dedicated team with motivation and focus on individual promotion and team development
