Projektmanager (m/w/i) They ensure the smooth technical operation and coordinate all facility management activities. They collect offers, conduct economic considerations, commission companies after internal votes and organize the use of foreign companies. They are responsible for the safe and continuous operation of our systems (crane, burglar alarm system, fire alarm system, heat pump, photovoltaic system, compressed air, exhaust air, heating and air conditioning).

They ideally have a technical degree with the focus on electrical, electronics, ventilation technology or a comparable qualification. They have preferably already acquired knowledge of commercial activities. You can safely handle MS Office applications. They have a high service orientation. They work independently and are capable of learning and changing. Their strengths are team and communication skills. They are engaged and have the license class 3/B. They bring good knowledge of German in word and writing.
