(Senior) Consultant (m/w/d) Professional & Executive Personalberatung

Your tasks:

RECRUITING & SALES EXCELLENCE - Your job

• Responsibility for sales: Support the growth strategy of our DIRECT business area at Hamburg and develop our key accounts
• Adviser role: Manage the entire search and selection process for specialist and leadership positions from different disciplines
• Project control: Acquiring and taxing projects, override the responsibility for sales and keep regular exchange dates for the project progress
• Networking: Ident and address of suitable candidate:in and build your network
• Interview guide: Lead interviews (telephone, virtual, personal) and create meaningful reports for our clients
