Senior SCM Project Manager / Supply Chain Project Manager – Process Harmonization & SAP (m/f/d)

• Head of international projects for standardization and harmonisation of SCM processes (end-to-end)

• Implementation of Gap analyses between local processes and corporate standards and the development of pragmatic measures for the sustainable closure of identified gaps

• coordination with local departments as well as IT and ERP teams

• Supporting rollouts, ensuring compliance with quality and compliance requirements and designing and implementing training and change management measures

• Construction and moderation of governance structures (e.g. review boards, steering committees, KPI reporting)

• Monitoring and reporting of project progress using defined KPIs and introduction of corrective action

• Support for the integration of new sites and M&A projects focusing on SCM processes

• Complete studies in logistics, supply chain management, economic engineering or business management or comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in international SCM projects and process management according to Lean principles

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP EWM/MM/SD/PP

• Experience in the implementation of Gap analyses, process documentation and implementation of international rollouts

• Very good knowledge of German and English (min. level B2) in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages of advantage

• readiness for international travel and secure engagement in the intercultural environment

• Experience in the moderation of governance formats and stakeholder management in complex project structures

• Embossed analytical thinking skills and a structured and targeted approach in managing projects
