Management and strategic further development of the Maintenance Division for the entire plant Responsibility for the organisational management and coordination of the entire technical field as well as external experts, including the technical and disciplinary management of internal mechanics and electrical engineering teams (approximately 10 employees) and their strategic personnel development Ensuring the technical availability and operability of production machines and all other plants Determining the maintenance strategy and creating and maintaining the maintenance budget Structured vulnerability analyses for (production) technical optimization and cost reduction Development of KPIs Compliance with all relevant environmental and safety standards & Responsibility for auditable installations Participation in the QUE team (quality, environment, energy)

A completed study, technician or master in the relevant technical fields (chemistry engineering, plant engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, e-technology) Professional experience in a comparable work environment, especially in the field of maintenance and repair and in the management of this department Knowledge of lean management, KPI and improvement processes Experience in the independent implementation of investment projects and participation of repair projects Experience and knowledge in work, health and environmental protection, as well as waste law and energy management complete your profile
