During your 24-month trainee program, you'll run our international departments Controlling, Annual Financial Statements, Planning Process and Mergers & Acquisitions and complete a 3-month foreign station As part of the foreign station, you will learn about our international activities on site The coordination and implementation of Financial Due Diligences for the creation of corporate assessments (e.g. DCF analyses), the creation of decision bases and the guidance of internal and external project employees belong to your daily business You are responsible for the analysis and preparation of the monthly results of our international subsidiaries and for the coordination of the annual financial and budgeting process For individual projects you bring your own ideas and take responsibility You will be accompanied by experienced professionals and executives who help you build a network The trainee program offers you excellent opportunities to recommend you as a junior executive in our company in Germany and abroad

Your economics studies, at best with the focus on financial and accounting or controlling, have you completed very well Ideally, you have relevant practical experience through specialist internships, work as a student:in or vocational training You bring good knowledge in the fields of accounting according to HGB and/or IFRS and corporate assessment A safe occurrence as well as pronounced teamwork, combined with a targeted, careful and structured way of working, distinguish you You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel You have very good German and English skills - another foreign language is advantageous
