You attend and advise our customers: inside around KRZ.Kita – by phone, by TeamViewer and via our ticket system You support our customers in technical and technical issues, especially in accounting and accounting You analyze problems, find suitable solutions and explain them in a comprehensible and at eye level You carry out product training for KRZ.Kita – with us in the training center, at the customer's premises or online You work closely with your colleague: you bring in your ideas to continuously develop our customer support

You have a commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting, or a comparable qualification You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and can also convey complex facts in a comprehensible way You ideally bring practical or educational experiences from the Kita area or knowledge of the billing of Kita services with You are sure to go with MS Office and have a good understanding of commercial, administrative and IT-related processes You have the pleasure of contacting customers, appearing bindingly and communicatively and live a pronounced service orientation You work analytical, independent and solution-oriented and you want to work on new topics and our software You are open to new tasks and different customer requirements and bring the necessary travel readiness for occasional customer appointments and trainings with
