As part of the organizational expansion and growth, we are looking for you as a dedicated ILS project manager (m/w/d) within the department After Sales & Service.

As an ILS project manager (m/w/d), you coordinate, create and develop ILS contract components, delivery items and extensive documentation that are requested within a new building project or within the framework of a TLB contract. Its view includes the full life cycle of project-specific compressors and/or systems for compacting, processing and storing air or other technical gases in the Navy market segment. In cooperation with the respective project management, you act on projects as well as across departments with other teams to communicate with our customers.

Customer-specific ILS project management as well as contact person for customers after order intake for ILS-specific questions Close cooperation with technical editors and ILS/LSA engineers and the respective project management as well as with suppliers and service providers Responsibility of project achievement (conservation of dates, budget & quality) Organisation and moderation of meetings and presentations, in particular, for the impact of project progress Sales support in the production of technical tender documents before order intake Testing of customer specifications, e.g. TAzV for ILS and technical documentation, requested services for TLB, e.g. in terms of requirements and resource requirements Creation and coordination of order specifications for ILS delivery shares Configuration & Obsolescence Management Support

Complete study of technical editorial or mechanical engineering (FH/TU) or comparable discipline Professional experience as ILS manager Experience with the BAAINBw or technical documentation in the civil or military environment, also desirable IETD High level of customer focus Self-employed, agile and targeted working, very good organizational ability and pronounced communicative skills Project management experiences High enthusiasm and motivation and joy in varied challenges Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing readiness to travel
