The Vivantes Klinikum Spandau's central interdisciplinary emergency room awaits you with a dynamic working environment with high professional diversity. As an independent department, we provide approximately 35,000 patients annually and offer a wide range of modern emergency medicine with a short-term reception station (INKA), affiliated medical practice and participation in the emergency medical service. Our interdisciplinary team ensures fast, competent and patient-oriented care around the clock – supported by modern equipment and structured training opportunities.

Organization and management of the Clinical Secretariat as well as independent implementation of all administrative and organizational tasks including international correspondence Coordination and administration of speaking hours and processing of stationary and outpatient cases Central contact person for telephone enquiries, communication and information sharing Creation of doctor's letters by Phonodiktat as well as support for staff and department organization Participation in controlling (recognition/evaluation of quality parameters) and, if necessary, Support in the registration area and readiness for incorporation in DRG/EBM identifiers

Complete training in the medical field and safe application of the specialist medical nomenclature Very good computer skills (MS Office, ORBIS, Internet) Good knowledge of English Impressed organizational ability, high communication skills and discretion Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
