He/she ensures that all aircraft that are in maintenance of the EAT Part145 stations are processed smoothly. Planning and coordination of maintenance work in order to determine the operational capacity of the aircraft within the ground and the necessary capacity Technical support of all EAT – Part 145 outdoor stations in all questions Maintenance support Creation of a schedule for larger maintenance events (Gantt Chart) Continuous tracking of the expected release times for non-usable aircraft and launching measures to minimize the impact on the DHL network Close cooperation with the MOC Review of the completeness of the incoming aircraft documents from the EAT Part 145 maintenance stations Coordination of work packages in LEJ together with the Work Preparation Coordinator Coordination of complaints with the Troubleshoot and Engineering department Monitoring and allocation of Real Time Planning Data Support for third-party activities as required Granting of external orders to subcontractors according to maintenance requirements Notification to the holder of the aircraft for planned maintenance changes that affect the planned time on the ground “flying tensioners” for specific aircraft routes and additional charter for EAT personnel for all EAT Part 145 outdoor stations Other operations Coordination of daily requests to the MCC Written and telephone correspondence in all companies Monitoring and Ensure Maintenance and Layover Reporting to All Contracts Perception of special tasks and project work Setting up business policy Follow the efficiency of the processes and suggest process improvements Work Activities Line Control / Task Control Troubleshooting or technical complaints in Hangar, Apron and EAT outdoor stations Lodging time support and coordination of major events and AOG recovery
