Senior Consultant (m/w/d) WG 2 Mörfelden only day service (spring and late) Would you like to go to work by bike, integrate your hobbies into daily routine, spend holidays with clients and accompany trips? We attach great importance to the joint celebration of festivals and our excellent integration into the social area. For the WG 2, we are now looking for a case manager (m/w/d) in the day service.

How does your day look like • They take responsibility for individual clients and support them in shaping their everyday lives and participating in life, assisting them in shopping, doctors or day trips • With your knowledge of services and instruments (e.g. SGB IX), you have an overview of all basic services, apply for technical performance hours and ensure that these are implemented in a precise manner. • Reliable exchange with relatives and legal advisors is one of your tasks • You build sustainable relationships, keep up in everyday life and, if necessary, ensure the physical and emotional well-being of your clients • You use advanced training to keep your knowledge up-to-date and develop professionally and personally
