Conduct product qualification: Check our own brands in the company's own testing laboratory to increase customer satisfaction Compare spare parts: Analysis of parts of different manufacturers with regard to material properties, functionality and geometric dimensions Work independently: Processing tasks in close coordination with product management and QM team Creating test reports: documentation of test results using modern technologies Check drawings: Comparing technical drawings with the corresponding spare parts Providing test orders: Coordination with external test laboratories and partners within the FRICKE Group

(m/w/d), mechanic (m/w/d), material tester (m/w/d) or comparable training Professional experience & expertise: basic knowledge of the requirements placed on modern agricultural machinery and the associated spare parts IT- & language skills: Secure handling of common IT systems (e.g. MS-Office); German knowledge (C1), good English skills are advantageous Personal competence: team skills, communication strength and careful working
