What you do with us: Your expertise is available: You advise the executives of our REWE and penny markets in the West region from personnel production to staff recruitment. You take responsibility: for the recruiting process of different positions in our markets.This includes order clarification, the job alert in suitable recruiting channels, and the preselection based on the application documents. Furthermore, you will conduct independently telephone interviews with the candidates or discussions in the region as part of e.g. candidate days.

When it comes to processes, you have the view. You pay gross wages, you are responsible for the hearing of the works council and you start work contracts. You coordinate all interfaces by working closely with different stakeholders (HR, payroll and sales). Your ideas for the future: In the context of process adaptations, you will focus on developing and adapting processes. You are a contact person and representative: You will visit career fairs and markets as well as represent the Recruiting Center at local meetings.
