You are a professional representative (m/w/d) before the German and/or the European Patent Office and have an excellent scientific background You have knowledge of patent law They have profound experience in mechanical engineering, process engineering or physics as well as very good analytical skills You can quickly capture complex technical and legal issues, have first experience with freedom-to-operate analyses and patent violations They are committed, flexible and are happy to work independently You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
