Quality Control Expert (x|w|m) – On-site

For the QC & Ref Lab division, we are looking for a Quality Control Expert (x|w|m) for the Sartorius Xell GmbH within the framework of a parental leave office until 30.09.2027. In this position you are an important interface between the QC laboratory team and production as well as the quality assurance team (QA). The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. The job is full-time and takes place on site in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock (near Bielefeld).

Coordinate the work in the QC laboratory and perform the review of products and raw materials for compliance with the applicable requirements and approval specifications by

Document the QC results and check them with the applicable guidelines (e.g. EP, USP, ISO)

Answer the qualification, validation, (preventive) maintenance and calibration of QC equipment / methods

Create and check the SOPs

Examine deviations from the specification (OOS), perform Cause Analysis and Risk Assessments and work actively to resolve them

Rate internal and external audits

Take internal training and coaching to quality control systems

You have a degree in engineering, natural sciences or comparable

Multiannual professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

You can demonstrate knowledge of requirements and relevant industry standard practices and quality standards (e.g. EP, USP, ISO)

Their work is efficient and organized. You have the ability to effectively manage multiple processes and priorities and develop realistic workflows

Analytical thinking, solution orientation and team skills

Good MS Office knowledge we require

Flowing German and good English skills complete your profile
