You implement the design of the facility and continuously develop it. You implement the orientation plan within the framework of the quality management system and participate in its further development. You lead the staff and develop it further. You coordinate the educational and organizational processes. You shape partnership forms of cooperation with parents. You carry out public relations, represent the interests of the institution and participate in various bodies. You serve and accompany the children in a valuable way.

You are a personality with a university degree which is entitled to conduct an institution according to § 7 KitaG or an educator*in as far as possible with additional qualification in organization and management (e.g. a specialist management and organization) in the amount of at least 160 hours. You possess leadership and organizational competence. You have expertise in work with children of all ages until You enter school. You have knowledge of design and quality development. You are flexible and resilient. You maintain a trusted and loyal cooperation with the institution.
