Your role: As a student in the field of visitor management and hospitality, our team supports you in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running and satisfaction of our customers and visitors. Your main tasks include:

Visitor management: Support for the registration of customers and visitors in compliance with predetermined processes. With the help of preparing customer gifts and controlling the inventory of promotional gifts. Support when booking hotels and taxi transfers for customers in coordination with sales. Assistance in the organization of hospitality for customers.

Hospitality Concept: Support in organizing and monitoring Welcome Treatments in selected contract hotels upon arrival of customers.

Customer Events: Help with organizing national and international customer events.

Travel organisation: Support for booking flights and car rental for customers and employees.

Your profile: Student enrolled at a university/university

Interest and ideally first experiences in visitor management or hospitality.

Good organizational skills and a high level of detail.

Friendly and professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Good knowledge of MS Office
