You co-ordinate external partners, advise our teams on all security issues, with risk assessments, audits and training for highest standards. As a safety officer, you recognize risks early, take measures and drive the safety culture in soil operation decisively. Central interface and coordination of external partners – You control and coordinate the services of service providers in the areas of occupational safety, industrial medicine and fire protection. In doing so, you ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of all contractually agreed services. You also monitor compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards by external service providers. Advice and support – You advise and support ADAC air rescue managers and employees as well as their subsidiaries on all issues of occupational safety, health protection and fire protection. Conducting risk assessments – You organize and conduct risk assessments, safety instruction and training, and also take over the creation and maintenance of the relevant documentation. Accompanying audits and missions – You coordinate accident prevention and continuous improvement of work safety and plan and accompany audits and missions, including consistent follow-up of the measures derived therefrom. Head of the Works Protection Committee (ASA) – You take over the organisation, moderation and documentation of sessions and discuss safety-related topics and actions with all stakeholders. Function as a safety officer for ground operation – you’re consulting the system for accidents, incidents and incidents, detecting dangers, risking and evaluating them. You participate in the implementation and further development of processes and processes in soil operations to reduce risk and monitor the implementation of appropriate safety measures. In addition, you distribute security-relevant information, support the in-house investigation, documentation and publication of accidents, incidents and incidents and, if necessary, also participate in the management of safety action groups.

The theory sits – you have a completed technical study or a comparable training as well as a qualification as a specialist for occupational safety according to § 7 ASiG and additionally brings a completed additional qualification as a fire protection officer.
