Team Leader Project Development Wind (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the leadership of your team with the aim of successfully advancing economic, authoritative and realizable energy park projects to the project conclusion. In doing so, you control the team portfolio in a targeted manner in time, quality and costs and make a significant contribution to achieving the departmental and business goals. You run your project development team professionally and disciplinaryly, employ strength-oriented and accompany your employees along their development stages. You plan, prioritise and tax the team portfolio, including resource use, in compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintain target achievement until the projects are completed. In the daily business, you give guidance, savings and support and meet the professional decisions in complex cases as part of your function. You are the first escalation instance in project-internal and cross-project issues, as well as strategic issues, and supports the solution finding. You identify, evaluate, communicate and control risks in the project development process in close coordination with the department manager. You ensure the implementation of professional responsibility in the team, in particular in the case of building planning law and other approval requirements, in the most economically feasible planning and implementation of parking layout and execution planning, as well as in the case of debt-law and orderly land security according to the UKA standards.

You bring a successfully completed university or university degree or comparable professional experience, for example in the field of spatial planning, environmental law, landscape planning or geography. You have several years of professional experience in renewable energies. You bring first leadership experience or you have a proven leadership skills and want to take the next step into a responsible leadership role, set priorities and manage resources. You have high communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. You have experience in working with communities, municipalities and other external stakeholders. You are familiar with project and portfolio management as well as project reporting.
