Your future area of responsibility in the field of telephone and written customer service includes various areas of responsibility: Inquiries in the customer portal Master Data Care and Change Counter reading detection Extracts, extracts, extracts Cancellation and revocation Tariff care and advice Complaint management Invoicing Asset management (payment reminders and settlements) Customer recovery and satisfaction survey (Outbound) Ideally, you have already gained first experience with the accounting systems such as SAP IS-U, Wilken, kVASy, Lima, MBS, Powercloud or Schleupen. If a system is not yet familiar to you, we will of course provide you with a comprehensive incorporation.
