Gain good together. For our team Customer Management in Mainz, we are looking for an employee/in Customer Management branch organisation (m/w/d). Your tasks As part of a motivated and experienced team, you will independently organize the operation of our branch location. You are the first contact person of our customers in our branch. In addition, you will inform the customers about our telephone and digital offers for handling service contracts. The handling of the material for our customers as well as administrative activities are also your tasks. Through customer orientation and friendly appearance, our customers are convinced of the performance profile of our bank.
