You work closely with the fields of engineering, production, quality and supply chain to ensure ongoing production at our OSAT partners in the Final Test segment and to continuously improve it. You take over the technical support of the final test processes at OSATs and support the analysis of yield losses, test failures, retests and production deviations. You coordinate the implementation and follow-up of improvement measures at our OSAT partners and ensure compliance with agreed quality, delivery and performance targets. You coordinate complaints and 8D processes in the Final Test field at the OSAT, including emergency measures, cause analysis, definition of corrective measures and effectiveness testing. You cooperate with the delimitation of fault causes between assembly, finishing, final test and product and support the sustainable avoidance of repetition errors. You evaluate changes to test processes, test equipment and production processes and support technical escalations as well as capacity and start-up problems. You support the NPI team with your final test expertise in evaluating test equipment, process flow, capacity, investment needs and running costs. You will introduce your experience from series production into new product projects to detect technical risks at an early stage and to minimize overall costs for assembly and final testing. You work with the departments and OSATs to optimize test time, test coverage, retest, committee and production costs. You support the further development of cooperation with OSATs and introduce best practices and Lessons Learned to the team.

You have completed your studies in electrical engineering, physics, microsystems engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field. You have 5 years of detectable professional experience in the field of final testing, preferably in semiconductor production or in the care of OSAT partners. You possess sound knowledge of semiconductor backend processes and a good understanding of the interfaces between assembly, final testing and finishing. You have experience in handling final test equipment, such as ATE systems, testers, handers, loadboards, sockets or contactors. You have a solid understanding of yield analysis, test time optimization, process stability and test costs. You have detectable experience in the structured processing of complaints and 8D processes as well as in common methods of Cause Analysis. You bring experience in the technical support and further development of production processes at international suppliers or manufacturing partners. You work independently, analytically and solution-oriented and have a safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contacts. You are ready to travel internationally to support our OSAT partners. Very good English skills in word and writing complete your profile; German knowledge is advantageous.
