Rotation 1/3 - Training on the Job - Your consulting commitment You start in our consulting team and get to know our approach, our philosophy and enthusiasm directly to customers: You guide (partial) projects around the organizational introduction and anchoring of interactive management systems based on our software Q.wiki You advise our customers: in process-oriented corporate management You decisively shape the topics of process, project and knowledge management and create sustainable values and effective change Rotation 2/3 - Encourage and develop solution sketches – Your sales expert You will now use your gained knowledge of consulting projects in workshops with interested parties: You work together with the management and management of potential customers:inside clear project orders and procedures for their individual challenges You bring your experiences directly into our sales process and into our digital marketing Rotation 3/3 - You shape the user experience of hundreds of thousands of users in Product Management You bring your experience in the interface between customer and product You dive into our modern product development process methodically and are the central communication hub around product development You translate into product features in cooperation with our development and DevOps teams You quantitatively support your assessments and decisions with modern, data-based tools
