Fully qualified lawyer / business lawyer (m/w/d)

In your role, you will deal with legal issues relating to civil law, IT law and data protection law. Whether IT contracts or cooperation agreements – you design and audit contracts and handle the creation and reworking of our AGBs. Competently, you will assist our data protection officer as well as teams in marketing and purchasing. We also know the full support of EU-wide tenders, especially IT procurements, in your best hands. You work with various projects, e.g. in the introduction of electronic contract management. Your advice on and accompaniment of legal disputes as well as correspondence with external lawyers complete your task.

Your basis is the 2nd legal state exam (Fulljurist:in) or a qualification as an economic lawyer:in. Ideally, you can prove first professional practice – in principle, the job is also suitable for starting your professional life. We build on your well-founded know-how in civil law, your strong interest in IT and data protection law, and your willingness to incorporate you into other jurisdictions. You are redirected with common office software (MS Office). Personally, you score as a reliable communication talent with analytical thinking as well as the right mix of an independent working style and team spirit.
