Programming & Simulation: You create and optimize CNC programs using WinFlex software as well as directly on the machine with the Traub TX 8i and TX 8i-s controllers. Tool preparation: You provide tools professionally and use a modern Zoller presetting device for highest precision and minimized setup times. Set up & operate: You can equip and operate our CNC lathes autonomously and safely drive new programs. Process optimization: You monitor the manufacturing process, perform tool corrections and adjust parameters as needed to increase efficiency. Quality assurance: You carry out measurement and testing according to technical drawings and document the results to ensure our quality standards.
