Our company is in a comprehensive transformation and development process. We continue to develop our offers and technical concepts, create common standards and consistently align our services with the requirements of the Federal Dispute Act and with the changing needs of the people. For the strategic, technical and conceptual development of the business unit, we are looking for an experienced management personality. The position is directly subordinate to the managing director and belongs to the top management level of Habila GmbH. The office is Tübingen; regular presence at our locations in Baden-Württemberg is part of the task. This task combines social pedagogical claim, strategic leadership and entrepreneurial responsibility. You make a significant contribution to how the Habila participation, assistance and care in the future understands professionally, develops conceptually and implements them in practice. You lead the local and regional lines through clear strategic and professional guidelines, strengthen them in their independent responsibility and promote binding cooperation. You create common standards and coordinated development goals across locations. Your focus Technical and conceptual development: You develop our technical orientation on the basis of participation, self-determination, personal centering and inclusion and initiate future-oriented concepts and forms of supply. Thinking about integration: Developments from SGB IX and BTHG as well as social policy and social changes translate you into sustainable solutions – especially with regard to social-space orientation, specialist security and changed assistance needs. Connecting science and practice: You take on scientific knowledge and technical developments, assess their relevance for the Habila and, together with the executives, translate them into effective standards and practical solutions. Professional exchange, evaluation and knowledge transfer are targeted. Design leadership, quality and transformation: You lead and develop the lines assigned to you with clarity, trust and commitment. Together with the specialist departments, you develop quality standards and shape change processes in offerings, digitization, structures and cooperation. Connecting participation and care: You design the interface of integration aid and care as well as the further development of our offers according to SGB IX and SGB XI. Ensure technical and economic sustainability: You are responsible for the budget and result of the business unit and combine technical quality with human and economic conditions. At the same time, you represent the business area towards service providers, authorities, municipalities and specialist associations and develop cooperation with universities, specialist organisations and other partners. Location and investment development: You introduce the technical and conceptual requirements of the business unit into essential construction, location and investment projects and cooperate with the real estate management and management in their prioritization and implementation. You work closely with the management as well as the central areas of human resources management, finance and controlling, law, quality management, real estate management and IT.

A completed university degree, preferably social work, social education, medical education, social economy, social and health management or a comparable qualification. A further academic qualification is welcome. Founded professional and leadership experience in integration aid, as well as a strong understanding of their technical, social and legal developments.
