Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Are you interested in helping and accompanying our clients individually in their everyday lives? Do you have innovative ideas for the participation of people with different support needs and do you like to shape change processes? The residential complex is located in the Rhinehessian Wallertheim. Here, adults of different ages live with individual support needs in several houses. For people living independently, the residential community offers supported living in WGs in the village centre. The residential complex is easily accessible via the Wallertheim station and the A 61.

How does your day look like • With empathy and humor, you provide a reliable daily routine and create the leisure of our clients • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • They take over reference services and help exciting people build an individual aid network, work confidently with relatives and legal advisors and adapt to individual requirements • For the best possible support, you work closely with collaborative colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who will assist you in your work
