Accounting & Controlling Specialist - Controlling / Reporting / Excel (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

We protect data from various applications in a future-proof and legally compliant manner. We cooperate internationally with technology partners such as HPE and Microsoft as well as numerous software companies from the ECM and DMS environment. You work on the monthly result for several companies, including the creation and analysis of preliminary results, coordination with tax advisors, verification of delimitations/settings and maintenance of the file for the definition of turnover You prepare various reportings (including SuSa, earnings check, personnel costs, commission billing) and evaluations and submit these You communicate sales results in the team channel You support planning and KPIs You are contact:in for external interfaces (e.g. lawyers, tax advisors, etc.) You represent in adjacent administrative and financial tasks

You have a completed commercial training, preferably with focus accounting (e.g. tax specialist:r, industrial businessman/-wife ö.Ä) You have several years of professional experience in accounting as well as initial experience in controlling or have a further education/study with controlling focus You have very good knowledge of common accounting systems and MS Excel You work structured, reliable and independent You have the pleasure of optimizing processes and looking beyond the edge of the plate
