• Digital media and agile ways of working inspire you. With fresh ideas and high performance, you are working on new topics.

• Your location is Stuttgart. You are open to operations throughout the business area.

• Welcome Week: joint start of all trainees in the group

• The trainee program is based on your knowledge and wishes, the content will be tailor-made for you in the course of the business fields

• Operations in the Group's most important business areas, including a stay abroad

• Professional support through a personal contact person from the staff area, a sponsor model with a current trainee and an experienced mentor from a specialist area
