Responsibility for the execution of the monthly billing of remuneration of our companies in accordance with the statutory, contractual and operational regulations Creation of work-contractual documents and work certificates as well as the management of the employee files in a personal file archive Advising our employees and executives for billing-relevant and labour, wage and social insurance issues Competent contact person for health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities, as well as the acquisition of certification and reporting Processing and coordination of the data for and with accounting (content bookings, personnel reserves, etc.) Examination and implementation of changing requirements in payroll accounting (e.g. legal change) Analysis of existing processes and identification of possible optimization potentials

A completed commercial training and multiannual experience in pay billing or Staff administration Good knowledge of current labour, wage and social security law Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of personnel management and salary accounting systems, ideally in SAP HCM or P&I Loga A high level of commitment, strong service orientation, self-initiative and self-employment Embossed team capability, reliability, and loadability Strong stakeholder management and high problem solving capability Fun and interest in digital (HR) transformation
