For our CinemaxX cinema in Krefeld we are looking for a/n

Your area of responsibility:

As the theatre director of CinemaxX Krefeld you are with a team of 6 theatre assistants or Junior directors and about 30 service personnel responsible for the entire operating cinema operation. You belong to the Management Team of the CinemaxX Group and are in direct contact with the Operations management team. Your main tasks in detail:

You are responsible for the management and organization of the cinema Improving guest satisfaction through a high service orientation of the entire team Personal responsibility for about 30 employees, you create the personnel deployment planning for your cinema and motivate, inspire and inspire the team With their local sales and marketing activities, You are setting new impetus You take over operational services (spring/sales service, also on weekends) and perform comprehensive daily routines Definition and optimization of internal processes and processes Monitoring and control of cinema-specific key figures

Your profile:
