The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land is a specialist clinic with the medical focal points of psychosomatic medicine (hospital treatment) and pneumology (rehabilitation). She is also the teaching hospital of the Philipps-Universität Marburg and the PMU Salzburg. The clinic is situated in front of picturesque mountain scenery in south-eastern Bavaria, Rande of the Berchtesgaden National Park. The specialized services of hospital treatment as well as for rehabilitation and prevention can be experienced both inpatient and outpatient patients. The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land has 325 beds, busy approx. 280 employees and treats around 3,400 patients per year. We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) for patient management in part-time (20 hours). Patient management: You coordinate the reception and dismissal management of our patients and ensure a smooth organizational process. Advice & Service: You are the central contact person for patients: women with questions about stays, processes and organizational concerns. Communication & Cooperation: You are in close contact with hospitals, enroling doctors: women, health insurance and patients – for example, for appointment or clarification of costs. Billing: You will ensure a timely, correct and complete billing with the cost carriers. Voting services: You provide services and aid patients:inside and guarantee a professional and service-oriented process.

You have completed training in office management, as a specialist in healthcare, medical: specialist:r (MFA) or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in health is desirable. You convince by a friendly and service-oriented appearance towards our patients. Good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as pronounced communication skills and empathy. Your profile is rounded off by an independent way of working and organizational skills.
