You develop the themes inventory and aid for the msg.Health Factory, our IT solution for the private health insurance market, future-proof You are the central contact person for our customers as well as the product development in technical questions and work closely with the project area to transfer customer requirements to product development You accompany this process from conception and integration to technical acceptance with our customers You take over communication and coordination with colleagues working on other specialist components within the msg.Health Factory

Ideally, you bring a completed training in the insurance field or a completed study of computer science or economics or have a comparable qualification You are fit in the processes and procedures of private health insurance and ideally bring knowledge of the end 2 end processes of a private health insurance company or the aid You bring experience in request management as well as business process analysis, technical architecture and data modeling with You need a structured, analytical and self-sponsored way of working; You bring high flexibility and IT affinity and have a high level of team and communication skills as well as customer orientation, a safe occurrence

Your start with us We accompany your start with a multi-day onboarding program in the first year. In addition, a contact person from the department is available for all your questions during your time of incorporation. You have the pleasure of new technologies, but not yet the technical expertise in any topic – we invest in our employees and continuously expand your technical focus and interests together with you.
