Border and Operations Coordinator Region East (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at the Wegliniec (PL) site, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced personality as a border and operational coordinator Region Ost (w/m/d).

In this function, you play a central role in the operational coordination of our cross-border freight transport between Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Your tasks

Ensuring stable, reliable and efficient rail operations in the border area Communication, coordination and coordination of all participating in and external bodies in border traffic Germany Poland and Germany Czech Republic Central interface between drivers, control centers, planning/control, customers, infrastructure managers, railway companies and other service providers Control, monitoring and control of complex web traffic in day service and continuous communication with the interface partners Responsible for the fault management through the development and coordination of necessary measures in the event of delays, vehicle malfunctions, road blockages or other operational deviations Independent and early detection and escalation of critical situations to the competent authorities and supervisors Development and analysis of KPI and the creation of monitoring for trains, punctuality, productivity and performance deriving and tracking measures to improve quality and reliability Participation in the continuous analysis and optimization of processes in cross-border traffic Support for the introduction and implementation of new transports

Complete training in the field of rail, transport or logistics or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in railway operations, ideal for cross-border rail freight transport Very good knowledge, in particular processes, interfaces and participants, in border traffic between Germany and Poland, desirable Czech Republic Experience as a disponent, traffic planner or operating tax in a railway control centre Ideally experience in the railway service (e.g. as a driver or car master) Expressed analytical and solution-oriented thinking High stress resistance and the ability to keep an overview even under time pressure High level of ownership, enforcement and decision-making Very good communication and coordination capability Very good Polish and German knowledge in word and writing Good English knowledge, Czech knowledge are beneficial Ready for business trips
