§ 11 BtOG and §§ 1831,1832 BGB:Support of the competent local court in the case of supervision procedures by carrying out investigations of facts and the preparation of social reports detailed opinion on the needs and scope of care and, where appropriate, on other necessary measures and documentation in the care administration programme

Examination of similar measures (§ 1831 BGB) Tasks in the pre- and environment of care, such as:Consulting on preventive authority Assistance (§ 5 BtOG) Consulting and support services for those affected to avoid care Advising agents and supervisors Signature certification according to § 7 BtOG

Networking and public relations, such as assistance in organizing daycare, working communities and training events Compensation for the court in ongoing proceedings (sections 278 to 322 FamFG), as well as enforcement of court decisions: provision for accommodation (section 326 FamFG) Support for application procedures and registration of professional supervisors as part of a representation function

The following conditions shall be met: Social workers and social teachers with state recognition Class B driving licence and willingness to use the private car against distance compensation We continue to expect: Loadability, sensitivity and flexibility Communication skills, capacity for conflict resolution and cooperation independent work and team skills Specialized knowledge in the field of care is desirable, such as BtOG (Registrational Organisation Act), FamFG Buch 3 (§§ 271 – 341) and BGB Title 3 (§§ 1814 – 1881) and EDV-FachApplication (Rocom) and/or the willingness to acquire them in the course of training and by specialist literature.
