Trainee SAP EWM Key User & Business Process Management (m/f/d)

Product & Standardization: You participate in the continuous development of our standard solution offering and take part in the implementation and rollout of new processes. Consulting & Process Design: You define logistics processes based on the requirements of our customers and support the modeling and optimization of logistics processes in close cooperation with specialist areas, operations and customers. Application Management: You work with SAP EWM as well as adjacent systems and accompany the development of standardized solutions for our international customers. Test Management & Quality Assurance: You plan, coordinate and document structured test scenarios for logistics processes and automation solutions. In doing so, you conduct independent tests and support the quality assurance of new processes. Know-how Transfer & Stabilisation: You support the development and documentation of central processes by creating BPM diagrams and writing user documents. In addition, you are responsible for the sustainable transfer to the operating business. Business Understanding (end-to-end): During the 18-month trainee program, you will learn different areas and locations and develop a holistic understanding of logistical process chains as well as the associated system landscapes with regional and sector-specific features. International & Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work with experts:in different disciplines as well as international teams and support workshops and customer-oriented project work.

Qualification: You have completed a Master's degree (or are close to completion) in Business Administration, (Economics) Computer Science or a comparable degree course First practical experience: You have already gained first experience in the field of SAP EWM and/or with the modelling language BPMN2.0 (e.g. through university courses, internships or smaller projects) Language skills & mobility: You bring very good German and English skills and are ready to travel occasionally within Europe SAP and Process Understanding: You have a strong passion for processes and a good understanding of complex relationships Personality & working methods: A self-sponsored and self-sponsored way of working with a view to detail and quality is what distinguishes you.
