As a team leader Engineering Quality Assurance (m/w/d), you take a key role in ensuring the quality of complex systems and guide your team professionally and disciplinefully. You design test methods, processes and test automation and make sure that projects are implemented on time, efficiently and in the highest quality. Discipline and professional leadership of the QA team including capacity planning, project allocation and further development Definition, implementation and further development of uniform test and quality methods in line with higher-level development processes Cooperation with project management for early detection of dependencies and defining clear framework conditions Evaluation of test requirements for offers and projects Drive test automation and development of strategies, tools and standards Creating cross-project and project-specific test strategies Planning and administration of project dates, resources, test environments and tools

Complete studies in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a comparable discipline Multiannual experience in test management, test design and development projects Professional or disciplinary leadership experience Safe handling of test methods, testing and measuring methods, ideally ISTQB certified Knowledge or practical experience in testing automation Structured, reliable and proactive operation, even under high pressure Clear, binding communication at all levels Very good knowledge of English
