You take over the administrative handling of forwarding processes with the focus on copying. You are responsible for the handling of outgoing bulk goods trucks as well as the coordination and system-side monitoring of the loading processes. You are in close contact with the employees of the envelope hall, the drivers (m/w/d) and other DACHSER subsidiaries. You check and control the completeness and compliance with all legally required transport and shipping documents. You take over the platform-based avenue of shipments for the reception houses. You carry out the administrative completion of the day and ensure correct and timely reworking of all relevant processes.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification. You are safe in handling Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. In addition, you will bring a pronounced IT affinity and willingness to work quickly into new systems and applications. You are ready to work permanently in late service and to exercise regular working hours from ~ 13:00 to 21:30. You convince by professional appearance. With your structured, careful and reliable operation, you contribute to a high process quality.
