Completed three-year training in health care and nursing (GKP) / nursing specialist (PFP) and a care management study or comparable study or the willingness to complete this Multiannual work experience in intensive care, completed further training intensive care and anaesthesia is desirable High social competence and excellent communication skills Networked and solution-oriented thinking and understanding of economic relations Good IT skills
