Communication Management: Takeover of End-to-End Responsibility for a Regular Internal Newsblog, including Planning, Structure and Control of the Communication Cycle, and Maintenance of a Editorial Plan for Recurring Publications

Stakeholder Management: Proactive approach of team members to collect relevant content and updates, conduct votes or interviews, and ensure a timely and complete content delivery

Content Creation: Processing of complex group reporting topics in clearly understandable and structured content as well as creating blog posts, updates and newsletter formats to ensure quality, consistency and comprehensibility

AI & Content Tools: Use of AI tools for creating, optimizing and structuring content and support in creating visual and multimedia content and maintaining templates and standards

Communication development: participation in the development and development of communication formats, intranet content and communication concepts in coordination with the disciplines and the introduction of own ideas for increasing reach and engagement

Advanced Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course

Interest in finance, reporting and digitization issues; first knowledge in accounting, controlling or comparable areas is advantageous
