The content management and technical support of all project phases in the Gewerk Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau for the large project S21 Berlin (City-S-Bahn) in the 1st. Construction section is your responsibility You are actively engaged in the overarching coordination of the trade unions involved Ensuring performance across all stages of performance in terms of technical issues, costs, dates and quality is one of your key tasks You enter into service agreements and contracts with service providers and suppliers and take over the contract and follow-up management The sovereign handling of internal and external stakeholders in negotiations and project meetings contributes significantly to achieving the project objectives You accompany approval procedures for obtaining planning and construction law and participate in project-related public relations work Quality assurance and acceptance of planning and construction services including plan management and project documentation are guaranteed

Your profile:

A successfully completed study as a civil engineer:in or industrial engineer:in, preferably in the field of construction engineering, or a comparable degree of study with corresponding professional experience forms your technical basis You ideally have several years of professional experience in planning or project management of construction projects and/or construction engineering Finding knowledge of VOB, VOL, HOAI as well as the applicable legal regulations You have user knowledge in common project management software such as MS Project, iTWO or comparable plan management and documentation systems Your own initiative, willingness to take responsibility and a structured way of working out You have the pleasure of handling complex facts and convince by analytical thinking and care in detail Team skills, openness for new ideas and new approaches round off your profile
