As a specialist:in the railway system you are responsible for monitoring the safe, quality and timely execution of construction projects You have a holistic view of your construction sites and take over the monitoring of costs, dates and agreed quality and coordinate the construction and people at your construction site You represent the interests of the builder on site and ensure a safe and smooth interaction of all parties With about 70% in the office and 30% on the construction site, you coordinate the various contractors:in the manner, time and place of their service The responsibility of the technical support of acceptances and commissioning of the functional plants lies with you Building journals, project documentation and other reports are continuously created and maintained by you throughout the project realization Auditing the construction companies carefully and at the same time take over the follow-up management as well as the active follow-up defense

Your profile:
