As an employee in the commercial service, you act as a first contact partner*in for all parties involved in receivable management. In addition, debitoral billing and account clarification in cooperation with accounting are one of your tasks. Your area of responsibility lies in the processing of complaints as well as the processing and control of master data (installation of SEPA operations, maintenance of e-invoicing, modification of payment terms, modification of billing methods). The processing and monitoring of payment processes as well as the creation, processing and monitoring of rate payment plans complete your task profile. Moreover, you begin, manage and monitor the orders according to the approved guidelines. In addition, you will cancel operations in the system and process insolvency and attorney transactions. Finally, you send invoice duplicates to customers. The reception of telephone calls as well as professional communication with customers and experts in commercial issues are also part of your activities.
