Salesforce Project Manager (m/f/d)

Successfully manage projects: You take the overall responsibility for Salesforce projects in terms of time, budget, quality and resources and ensure smooth implementation. Customers advise & accompany: As a central contact person, you coordinate all project participants, moderate workshops and ensure that business requirements are translated into sustainable salesforce solutions. Promote transformation: You accompany CRM transformation initiatives and support customers in optimizing their sales, service and marketing processes. Coordinate teams: You control interdisciplinary project teams from consultants, developers and external stakeholders and ensure efficient cooperation. Ensure quality: Through professional project and risk management, you ensure high customer satisfaction and successful compliance with defined project goals. Standardize processes: You develop best practices, templates and project standards and contribute to the continuous professionalization of the delivery organization. Support growth: You recognize potentials for existing customers, support supply processes and actively participate in the development of the project business.

Experience gained: completed studies, comparable training or relevant practical experience in the project management of CRM, IT or digitization projects.

Salesforce know-how: Multiannual experience in managing salesforce projects, ideally in a consulting house or salesforce partner environment.

Project Management Competence: Safe handling of classic and agile project management methods as well as experience in managing complex stakeholder structures.

Communication strength: You convince by professional appearance, customer orientation and the ability to successfully bring together different interests.

Structured mode of operation: You work in a solution-oriented manner, keep an overview and take responsibility in challenging project situations.

Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English for cooperation in national and international projects.
