Control and Controlling: Administrative as well as operational control and controlling of the applicable compliance and governance topics of the IT department Ensuring compliance with Directives: You are concerned about compliance with relevant laws, standards (e.g. ISO 37301, BSI IT basic protection), contractual obligations and internal IT policies and are essential to safeguard corporate security Process management and documentation: Tasks include the maintenance, updating and monitoring of IT processes, work instructions and relevant documentation to ensure transparency and traceability and support for the implementation of measures and projects Risk management: cooperation with IT risk management, including identification of vulnerabilities and development of risk mitigation measures Contract review: You review IT-related contracts with respect to compliance and IT-law requirements in coordination with the legal department Coordination of audits: You are the central interface for internal and external audits (revision, auditors) in the IT sector and accompany the entire audit process Advice and training: You advise specialist areas and management on issues of IT law, information security and governance and promote awareness of compliance requirements across the company

Expertise: Knowledge of IT Compliance, IT Governance, Data Protection and Information Security Methods: Confidence with relevant frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, DORA or ITIL Communication strength: Embossed communication and coordination capabilities to act effectively as an interface between different departments (IT, law, revision, management) Analytical skills: Structured working methods and the ability to analyze complex issues and develop improvement measures Professional experience: Relevant professional experience in the IT environment, ideally focusing on GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) You are safe in handling Microsoft M365 tools You can demonstrate in-depth skills in the creation of specialist concepts and specialist documentation You can independently manage actions and projects Networked thinking, team skills, readiness to use, resilience, reliability and service orientation complete your profile
